You have to find the real reasons for illhelth. Symptomatic treatment doesnt help. Ayurveda is good in the long run. Go to Kottakkal Arya Vydya Sala in Malappuram district of Kerala (India). Get down at Cochi international air port in Kerala and go to Kotakkal.
I think illhelth may be due to bad food habits. There can be food allergy which leads to clogged nose and respiratory system. So do an allergic test (Sub dermal on skin )

If you are from India, there is a nice Unani Medicine - (SHIFAA-UL-ASQAAM) for Sinusitis, Ulcer and Piles. Its prepared by hand, not manufactured in large scale by a saintly person Ustad Hussain Choorkunnu, palakkad dist, Kerela.
It is a medicine with no side effects, purely from extracts of Unani medicinal herbs and supplied with the blessed permission (Ijaziyyath) of many sufi saints.
Best for all ailments of the stomach and intestine, which rejuvenates the blood circulation system, Shifaa-ul-Asqaam must be a sure remedy .
You may contact him by phone - 0091 - 974 414 39 21
He speaks malayalam and tamil. If you find difficult communicating, please write to me.

Not sure about the other two, but homeopathy is not going to cure anything (outside what ever placebo helps). Homeopathic remedies contain no molecules of the active ingredient.
don’t get shammed by this.

Treatment and cure of any disease depends on factors like exact nature of the disease ,age and other associated conditions of the patient.Without having a clear picture of the problem, prescribing the remedy is unscientific and dangerous.
For examples, in your friends case details of the disease or the patient are not given.
Was it sinusitis?Who diagnosed it?Acute or chronic? which sinuses were affected? Was it investigated properly ? Is she normal otherwise? Was she treated by standard treatment and for adequate duration? Whether she followed the instructions properly? Without knowing these things it is not possible to pass judgement like, modern medicine is ineffective in treating your friends sinusitis etc.!
Same thing applies for ulcer. Where is the ulcer? What type of ulcer? How was it diagnosed? How was it treated? How long and with what medicine . compliance of the treatment..?
In countries like India lot of people are practising and marketing many types of medicines/treatment for all health problems without any scientific basis. They questions the basis or authenticity of modern science and for some peculiar reason they are legally not liable to pay compensation to the poor victims ot their beliefs. .
They are yet to prove their claims at national and international levels or in other scientific forums.
So it is better to approach health problems scientifically rather than asking some other individuals personal openion .In this case no body will be able to advice objectively about another systems of medicne which he/she has not studied.

Al the three systems are good in providing a permanent solution for the problems you mentioned (allopathy has only symptomatic treatment, it doesn’t give permanent cure}. But it is very important to consult a good practitioner of whichever system you choose.

It seems your friend is in real problem.
Acupressure is good for sinusitis.
For ulcer - healthy diet plus homeopathy
for piles - homeopathy
Siddha accepts the body as it is and may not be able to cure the body on its own. It opens doors for treatment.
I have recently started a blog in which i mention only about special cases treated by me and my team you can refer it at :
